“一带一路”背景下内蒙古对外文化发展的路径选择

我国《推动共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的愿景与行动》倡议将"一带一路"各国各族人民"和平合作、开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢"的丝绸之路精神薪火相传,推进了人类文明进步。这不仅是"一带一路"倡议的目的,更是构建人类命运共同体的重要内容。在这一大背景下,草原历史文化、草原文化遗产以及区域文化发展等方面即给学界提供了机遇也提出了挑战。下面是学界对这一问题的一些观点与探讨,以期达到抛砖引玉的作用。
