协同视角下高校党风廉政建设问责机制分析

科学、高效的问责运作机制可以提高高校党风廉政建设的绩效。本研究在对高校党风廉政问责相关研究现状进行回顾的基础上,结合协同学、行政问责和政党治理等相关理论,对党风廉政建设过程中出现问题时的事前、事中、事后的协同问责进行了分析,发现在党风廉政建设问责过程的不同阶段,协同的重点和内容有所不同,本文的分析在一定程度上为促进高校党风廉政问责机制建设提供参考。
