Meaningful Innovation:A New Innovative Paradigm Leading Renaissance of Philosophy and Humanistic Spirit in New Era

从发展视角回顾了创新领域现有范式的贡献和不足,将创新关注点从传统的"市场与技术驱动"维度向兼顾"人文精神与哲学思考引领"的意义维度转变。首次提出了"有意义的创新"这一以东方哲学智慧引领新时代人文精神复兴的全新创新范式,阐述了其概念定义,讨论了过程机制,明确了理论定位,总结了贡献及启示。有意义的创新的核心关切,是强调人文精神的回归以及科技与人性相统一的哲学思考,将企业从关注短期利益的束缚中解脱出来,使之转而聚焦中长期收益和外部社会福利,实现具有引领社会进步和人类发展意义的伟大创新实践。

From the perspective of theoretical development,this paper reviews the contributions and shortcomings of the existing paradigms of innovation,and changes the focus of innovation paradigms from the classical＂market and technology driven＂dimension to the meaning dimension which concerns humanistic spirit and philosophical thinking.And it introduces a new paradigm of innovation,meaningful innovation（MI）,a new innovative paradigm leading the renaissance of philosophy and humanistic spirit in new era.Then it defines the core concepts,and establishes the theoretical framework,and discusses the mechanisms,and clarifies the theoretical position,and summarizes the contributions and inspirations.The key concern of meaningful innovation is to emphasize the renaissance of humanistic spirit and philosophical thinking in integrating of technology with human nature,and to liberate the enterprise from the fetters of short-term interests and turn to the medium and long term benefits and the external social welfare.Meaningful innovation is an original innovation paradigm based on the oriental and western philosophy to promote the great innovative practice that leads social progress and human development.
