摘要
为加强电池组的管理与保护以及减少电池组各单体参数之间的差异,设计了一套基于STM32F103VET6的电池管理系统;并提出在电阻耗能法的基础上结合能量转移思想对电池组进行均衡管理。运用MATLAB/Simulink工具建立了锂电池模型,并对电池所采用的均衡方案进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:采用改进的均衡方案电压偏差明显减小,单体之间的电压逐渐趋近到一个固定的值。此外通过18650型锂电池对电池管理系统进行了均衡实验测试,求出了均衡前后电压的期望值和方差值。经过对比分析,进一步验证了电池管理系统电压均衡的有效性。
In order to strengthen the management and protection of the battery pack and to reduce the difference between the parameters of the battery pack, a set of battery management system based was designed and proposed on STM32F103VET6.Based on the resistance energy dissipation method and combining with the idea of energy transfer, how to balance management for group was also proposed. The model of lithium battery was estabished by
using MATLAB/Simulink tool and there's a simulation analysis on equilibrium scheme of the battery. The simulation results show that thevoltage deviation is obviously reduced witli the improved equalization scheme and the voltage between the cells gradu ly approaches a fixed value. Besides by using 18650 lithium battery, an equilibrium experiment was conducted for batery management system and obtained the value of expectation and the variance of voltage before and after the equilibrium. experiment After comtrstive analysis, the validity of the battery manage-ment system in voltage balance was found furt!ier evidence to verify.
