摘要
新能源出力具有随机性、波动性和不稳定性,受地形地貌影响,新能源资源空间分布差异大;受机组特性影响,新能源场站发电量差异大。综合考虑了资源、发电设备差异化对新能源发电的影响,提出了新能源场站公平调度的综合指标体系;并运用层次分析法进行评估,计算得到各新能源场站的权重评分。在保证电网安全和最大化消纳新能源出力的基础上,结合评分提出了新能源场站公平调度模型,保障了调度公平性。利用某实际电网数据进行测试,结果验证了该调度方法的有效性,为调度机构的决策提供了一定的科学依据。
The new energy output is random,fluctuating and unstable.The spatial distribution of new energy resources is very different by the terrain and topography.The power generation capacity of the new energy station is different due to the characteristics of the unit.Considering the influence of resources and power generation equipment on the new energy power generation,the comprehensive index system of fair scheduling of new energy power station is put forward,and the weight grading of each new energy station is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of guaranteeing the safety of the power grid and maximizing the consumption of new energy,the fair scheduling model of the new energy power station was put forward,guaranteeing the fairness of the dispatching.Using the actual grid data to test,the results verify the effectiveness of the scheduling method,providing a certain scientific basis for decision-making of the agencies.
