一次性肛周脓肿根治术与传统分期治疗肛周脓肿效果对比

Comparison of Effect of Disposable Perianal Abscess Radical Surgery and Conventional Staging for Perianal Abscess

目的探讨一次性肛周脓肿根治术与传统分期治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年3月—2018年3月该院收治的67例肛周脓肿患者的临床资料,并随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采取一次性肛周脓肿根治术治疗,对照组给予传统分期治疗。结果观察组肛周疼痛0级20例,Ⅰ级9例,Ⅱ级3例,Ⅲ级1例,对照组0级12例,Ⅰ级4例,Ⅱ级12例,Ⅲ级6例,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.882 4,P<0.05);观察组术后肛门功能正常21例,部分功能失禁9例,严重功能失禁3例,对照组术后肛门功能正常11例,部分功能失禁16例,严重功能失禁7例,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.671 6,P<0.05)。结论传统分期治疗相比较,一次性肛周脓肿根治术简单易行、手术时间短,并有助于提升患者的肛门功能,可显著减轻患者的痛苦,值得在临床上广泛应用和推广。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of perianal abscess radical surgery and conventional staging of perianal abscess. Methods The clinical data of 67 patients with perianal abscess admitted to this hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with a one-time treatment of perianal abscess. The control group was given traditional staging treatment. Results In the observation group, there were 20 cases of perianal pain in grade 0, grade I in 9 cases, grade II in 3 cases, grade III in 1 case, control group 0 in 12 cases, grade I in 4 cases, grade II in 12 cases, and grade III in 6 cases. Significant（χ2=12.882 4, P〈0.05）; In the observation group, there were 21 cases of normal postoperative anal function, 9 cases of partial function incontinence, and 3 cases of severe functional incontinence.In the control group, 11 cases had normal postoperative anal function, and some had incontinence in 16 cases. Incontinence was found in 7 patients, with significant differences between groups（χ2=6.671 6, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with traditional staging treatment, the treatment of disposable perianal abscess is simple and easy, the operation time is short, and it helps to improve the anal function of patients. It can significantly reduce the patient＇s pain and is worthy of extensive application and promotion in clinical practice.
