微波理疗联合中药保留灌肠治疗肛窦炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Anal Sinusitis with Microwave Therapy Combined with Chinese Herbal Retention Enema

目的分析肛窦炎者应用微波理疗和中药保留灌肠联合治疗的效果。方法分析方便选取的该院于2016年12月—2017年12月诊治肛窦炎90例患者资料,按照不同治疗方案分成两组,将行中药保留灌肠治疗45例患者作为对照组,将联合微波理疗治疗45例患者作为观察组,比较两组疗效、症状缓解情况及预后复发率。结果观察组总有效概率95.56%比对照组73.33%高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ2=8.458 6);且肛门坠胀、潮湿和红肿缓解时间(13.15±2.01)d、(10.12±2.03)d和(9.20±2.10)d均比对照组短,比较差异有统计学意义(t=7.308 3、9.383 3、7.407 7,P<0.05);观察组预后半年复发率2.22%比对照组低,比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2=4.444 4,P<0.05)。结论肛窦炎者应用微波理疗和中药保留灌肠联合治疗可改善症状,减少疾病复发,具较高推广价值。

Objective This paper tries to observe the effect of microwave therapy and traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in patients with anal sinusitis. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 90 patients with anal sinusitis data of the hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were convenient selected and analyzed, according to different treatment programs, they were divided into two groups, treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema 45 patients as a control group, combined with microwave physiotherapy in 45 cases as the observation group, to compare the efficacy, symptom relief, and prognosis recurrence rates of the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was95.56% higher than that in the control group 73.33%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05, χ2=8.458 6）;and the anal bulge, humidity, and redness relief time（13.15±2.01）d,（10.12±2.03）d,（9.20±2.10）d were shorter than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（t=7.308 3, 9.383 3, 7.407 7,P〈0.05）. The observation group had a recurrence rate of 2.22% in six months compared with the control group. The differences were statistically significant（χ2=4.444 4,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of microwave physiotherapy and retention enema combined with traditional Chinese medicine in anal sinusitis patients can improve the symptoms and reduce the recurrence of disease, which has a higher promotion value.
