中医辨证治疗老年痴呆的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation in Treating Alzheimer's Disease

目的明确中医辨证治疗老年痴呆的临床效果。方法于2017年1—10月期间方便选取106例老年痴呆患者,按照入院登记顺序分为参照组、研究组,各53例,分别予以常规西医治疗、中医辨证治疗,对比临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者Barthel指数、MMSE评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组Barthel指数、MMSE评分均明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为96.23%(51/53)明显高于参照组的83.02%(44/53),且研究组甘油三酯异常、头晕、失眠等不良反应总发生率为3.77%(2/53),明显低于参照组的16.98%(9/53),差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。结论予以老年痴呆患者中医辨证治疗,可优化患者的日常生活能力、智力,提升临床疗效,且临床用药安全性高,具有较高临床推广应用价值。

Objective This paper tries to clarify the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods During the period from January to October in 2017, 106 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were included conveniently. According to the order of hospital admission, they were divided into a reference group and a study group. Each of the 53 cases received conventional western medicine treatment and TCM syndrome differentiation treatment to compare clinical efficacy. Results Before treatment, the Barthel index and the MMSE scores of the two groups showed there is no statistical significance in the difference（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the Barthel index and MMSE scores of the study group were significantly higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the total treatment efficiency of the study group was significant, 96.23%（51/53） was significantly higher than the reference group of 83.02%（44/53）, and the overall incidence of adverse reactions such as triglyceride abnormalities, dizziness, and insomnia was 3.77%（2/53）, which was significantly lower in the study group of 16.98%（9/53）, the difference was statistically significant（P=0.026）. Conclusion The treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation can optimize the daily life ability and intelligence of patients and improve the clinical curative effect. The safety of clinical medication is high, and it has higher value of clinical promotion and application.
