摘要
现代学徒制是一项技术与技能方面的创新人才培养模式。其目的是进行产教深度融合,在校企合作中进一步完善培育人机制。文章分析了现代学徒制实施背景和工作内涵,结合滁州市信息工程学校计算机专业的发展实际情况,讨论了现代学徒制在计算机专业上构建模式及方法。
Modern apprenticeship is a technical and technical innovative talent training model. Its purpose is to carry on the deep integration of industry and education, and to further improve the cultivation mechanism in the cooperation between schools and enterprises. This paper analyzes the background and working connotation of the modern apprenticeship system, and discusses the mode and method of constructing the modern apprenticeship system in computer specialty in combination with the actual situation of the development of computer specialty in Chuzhou Information Engineering School.
