当前,绝大多数高职院校仍沿袭传统的高校学生行为管理模式,其人才培养规格与企业的要求相距甚远,学生的职业行为没有在学校得到良好的规范和培养。"6S"管理是现代企业内部普遍使用并行之有效的一种管理模式,将其科学嵌入高职院校学生管理中,对提升学生职业素质、提升人才培养质量、最大限度满足社会与企业需求有着积极的促进作用。文章对这种模式有效应用于高职学生的管理进行了研究。
