福建省紧急医学救援队护理队员灾害护理能力的现况调查

Survey on the status quo of disaster nursing competencies in the Fujian provincial emergency medical rescue team

目的调查分析福建省紧急医学救援队护理队员灾害护理的应对水平及其影响因素,为今后开展规范化的灾害护理救援培训奠定基础。方法采用问卷调查法对福建省紧急医学救援队120名护理救援队员进行灾害护理能力调查,并将数据纳入统计软件进行分析。结果全体护理救援队员的灾害护理能力总平均分为(3.75±0.83)分,整体仍处于初级水平。人口学特征分析显示,在灾害应急能力总分方面,男性高于女性(t=2.143,P=0.034),中专学历低于其他学历(P<0.05),有过灾害经历者高于未有过灾害经历者(t=2.854,P=0.005),参与过救援者高于未参与过灾害救援者(t=2.750,P=0.007),自身现有救援知识能够满足救援者高于不能满足救援者(t=2.692,P=0.008),参加灾害护理相关培训者高于未参加相关培训者(t=1.930,P=0.046),差异均具有统计学意义。结论福建省紧急医学救援队护理队员的灾害护理能力还不容乐观,今后应努力探索构建符合紧急医学救援队护理队员自身特点的培训体系,有效提高灾害护理能力。

Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the current situation of disaster nursing competencies in the Fujian provincial emergency medical rescue team and determine the influencing factors and to provide a basis for the standardization of disaster nursing rescue training in the future. Methods A sample of 120 nurses of the Fujian provincial emergency medical rescue team completed a survey questionnaire evaluating their disaster nursing competencies. The data were collected and input into statistical software for analysis. Results The total average score of disaster nursing competencies was（3.75±0.83） points, which was in the primary level. The analysis of demographic characteristics showed that the total average score of males was higher than females（t=2.143,P=0.034）, polytechnic school degree holders were lower than other degree holders（P〈0.05）, those with disaster experience were higher than not having disaster experience（t=2.854,P=0.005）, those involved in disaster relief were higher than those not involved in disaster relief（t=2.750,P=0.007）, those able to adapt their knowledge to the rescue mission were higher than those not able to do so（t=2.692,P=0.008） and those attending disaster training were higher than those who had not attended disaster training（t=1.930,P=0.046）, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions Disaster nursing competencies in the Fujian provincial emergency medical rescue team are still in preliminary stage and are not optimistic. We should strive to explore and build a training system regarding the characteristics of the nurses in the rescue team, which will in turn effectively improve their disaster nursing competencies.
