摘要
介绍了一种基于3D打印的砂型/砂芯智能制造单元构建思路。通过采用三维粉末粘接技术,搭建共享工业云平台;应用虚拟制造技术,实现了砂型/砂芯的智能化、数字化、规模化生产。构建的单元突破了设计环节的瓶颈,提高了砂型/砂芯的制造质量和制造效率。
An establishment idea of a sand mold/core intelligent manufacturing unit based on 3D printing is introduced. The intelligent, digital and large-scale production of sand core is realized by using Three Dimensional Printing and Gluing Technology (3DP), building a shared industrial cloud platform and introducing virtual manufacturing technology. The bottleneck of design is broken, and the manufacturing efficiency of sand mold/core is improved with the consideration of manufacturing quality.
