前列腺增生电切术后近期并发症分析及临床治疗

Analysis and clinical treatment of recent complications after electrotomy of prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生后的近期并发症及其治疗方法。方法选择我院2015年10月至2017年11月接收并施行前列腺增生电切术治疗的前列腺增生患者114例,回顾其各项临床信息,探讨电切术后近期并发症的发生情况及处理效果。结果电切术后,出现膀胱痉挛者占19.30%;出现近期出血者占7.02%;出现急性附睾炎者占3.51%;出现暂时性尿失禁者占4.39%;出现排尿困难者占3.51%。术后3个月,患者的国际前列腺症状、QOL评分均显著优于手术前(P<0.05)。结论术前严格评估患者病情、术中规范开展操作、术后给予对症处理能有效降低经前列腺增生电切术后近期并发症的发生率。

Objective To explore the recent complications after prostate plasma electrotomy in the treatment of prostatichyperplasia and its treatment method. Methods A total of 114 cases with prostatic hyperplasia and treated by prostateplasma electrotomy in our hospital from October 2015 to November 2017 were selected as study objects and their clinicalinformation was reviewed. The occurrence and treatment effect of recent complications after electrotomy were discussed.Results After electrotomy, 19.30% of patients had bladder spasm, 7.02% had recent bleeding; 3.51% had acuteepididymitis; 4.39% had temporary urinary incontinence; 3.51% had dysuria. Three months after surgery, the patients＇international prostate symptoms and QOL scores were significantly better than those before surgery （P〈0.05）. ConclusionStrict preoperative evaluation of patients＇ condition, standardized operation during operation and symptomatic treatmentafter operation can effectively reduce the incidence of short-term complications after transurethral resection of prostate.
