输尿管结石行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗的临床效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨输尿管结石行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗的临床效果。方法将我院收治的114例输尿管结石患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各57例。对照组给予后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术,观察组行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术时间、住院时间更短,术中出血量更少(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的肌酐和尿素氮水平均降低(P<0.05)。两组结石清除率、并发症总发生率及治疗后肌酐和尿素氮水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石效果显著,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteralcalculi. Methods A total of 114 cases of ureteral calculi admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observationgroup and control group, with 57 cases in each group. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. ResultsCompared with the control group, there were shorter operation time and hospital stays, and less intraoperative blood loss in theobservation group(P〈0.05). After treatment, the levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen in the two groups decreased(P〈0.05).There were no significant differences in stone clearance rates, total incidences of complications and the levels of creatinineand urea nitrogen after treatment between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in thetreatment of ureteral calculi has significant clinical effect, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
