中医综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出患者腰痛症状的效果

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy on lumbago symptoms in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨中医综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出患者腰痛症状的临床效果。方法选择我院120例腰椎间盘突出患者,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组接受常规牵引治疗,试验组则给予中医综合疗法,比较两组的临床疗效、腰椎活动度及疼痛情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的腰椎活动度评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血浆SP水平及VAS评分均显著降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出患者实施中医综合疗法的效果显著,能够明显缓解疼痛,并改善腰椎活动功能。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） comprehensive therapy onlumbago symptoms in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation inour hospital were selected and divided into control group and test group according to the treatment methods, with 60 casesin each group. The control group received conventional traction therapy, while the test group was given TCM comprehensivetherapy. The clinical efficacy, lumbar motility and pain situation of the two groups were compared. Results The totaleffective rate of treatment in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the scores of lumbar motility in both groups increased significantly, and that in the test group was higher than the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. After treatment, plasma SP levels and VAS scores significantly decreased in both groups, and those in thetest group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of TCM comprehensive therapy on patientswith lumbar disc herniation is significant, which can significantly relieve the patient＇s pain and improve lumbar motility.
