PICC个性化护理干预在恶性肿瘤化疗中的应用效果

Application effect of specific nursing interventions of PICC in the chemotherapy of malignant tumor

目的探讨经外周静脉入中心静脉导管(PICC)个性化护理在恶性肿瘤化疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的85例恶性肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组(n=42)与研究组(n=43)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予PICC个性化护理干预。比较两组患者护理后PICC导管留置时间、住院时间、并发症及护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,研究组导管留置时间更长,住院时间更短,并发症总发生率明显更低,护理满意度明显更高(P<0.05)。结论为临床恶性肿瘤化疗患者提供PICC个性化护理干预,可有效延长导管留置时间,降低相关并发症发生率,对提高护理满意度、减少患者治疗痛苦具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the application effect of the specific nursing interventions of peripherally insertedcentral catheter （PICC） in the chemotherapy of malignant tumor. Methods A total of 85 malignant cancer patients whoreceived chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into control group（n=42） and study group （n=43） according to different nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing, and thestudy group was treated with specific nursing interventions of PICC. The indwelling time of the PICC catheter, hospitalstays, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the controlgroup, there were longer indwelling time of the PICC catheter, shorter hospital stays, lower total incidence of complicationsand higher nursing satisfaction in the study group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Specific nursing interventions of PICC in thechemotherapy of malignant tumor can prolong the indwelling time of the catheter, reduce the incidence of complications,improve the nursing satisfaction and relieve the clinical pain.
