糖尿病肾病合并心衰行血液透析患者应用优质护理的效果

Effect of high quality nursing in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy complicated with heart failure

目的分析优质护理在糖尿病肾病合并心衰行血液透析患者中的临床效果。方法将2016年5月至2017年5月在我院进行治疗的糖尿病肾病合并心衰行血液透析100例患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为A、B组,每组50例。给予A组常规护理,在A组基础上给予B组优质护理。比较两组的护理满意度、心衰情况及生活质量。结果 B组的护理满意度为94.0%,明显高于A组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者心衰加重率明显低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组QOL评分均降低,且B组明显低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病合并心衰行血液透析患者给予优质护理,可有效降低心衰加重的发生率,提高护理满意度,临床效果显著,可广泛推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high quality nursing in hemodialysis patients with diabeticnephropathy complicated with heart failure. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 100 hemodialysis patients with diabeticnephropathy complicated with heart failure in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were dividedinto group A and groupB by admission sequence, with 50 cases in each group. The group A was given routine nursing, andthe groupB was treated with high quality nursing based on the group A. The nursing satisfaction, heart failure and qualityof life were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the groupB was 94.0%, which washigher than 80.0% of the group A, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The heart failure aggravated rate inthe group A was lower than that in the group B, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the QOLscores in the two groups decreased, and those in the group B were lower than the group A, the differences were statisticallysignificant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing service for hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathycomplicated with heart failure can effectively reduce the incidence of heart failure and improve nursing satisfaction. Theclinical effect is remarkable, and it can be widely used and promoted in clinic.
