优质护理服务在强迫症患者中的应用及效果

Application and effect of high quality nursing in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder

目的探析对强迫症(OCD)患者临床治疗中开展优质护理服务的效果。方法将2016年3月至2017年3月在我院精神科住院治疗的102例OCD患者纳入研究,通过随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各51例;两组均给予对症治疗,对照组实施常规护理,研究组同时开展优质护理服务,对比两组临床效果、Y-BOCS及HAMA评分。结果护理前,两组患者的Y-BOCS及HAMA评分无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的Y-BOCS及HAMA评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床总有效率为94.1%,显著高于对照组的80.4%,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论在OCD患者临床治疗中实施优质护理,可有效提升临床效果,改善患者症状,促进患者康复,其临床意义重大。

Objective To evaluate the effect of high quality nursing in the clinical management of obsessive compulsivedisorder （OCD） patients. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017, 102 patients with OCD in the psychiatric departmentof our hospital were included in the study and divided into study group and control group by random digital table method,with 51 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with symptomatic treatment, the control group was given routinenursing, and the study group was given high quality nursing. The clinical effects, Y-BOCS and HAMA scores of the twogroups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in Y-BOCS and HAMD scores between the two groupsbefore nursing （P〉0.05）, after nursing, those of the two groups significantly decreased, and those of the study group werelower than the control group （P〈0.05）. The total clinical efficiency of the study group was 94.1%, which was higher than80.4% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of highquality nursing in patients with OCD can effectively improve the clinical effect, improve the patients＇ symptoms andpromote rehabilitation, with great clinical significance.
