摘要
本文提供了一种新型金属屋面板肋式加强系统。该板肋式加强系统由金属屋面板平腹板位置上方的加强件或加劲肋和支座位置处的立边锁扣组成。该板肋式加强系统在金属屋面板平腹板位置处形成或设置加强件或加劲肋以提高板肋式加强件自身和金属屋面板的平面外刚度,通过在屋面板立边锁扣处进行二次卷边咬合的方式,有效的增强了屋面板整体抗风揭承载力;同时该加强系统较大程度的保持了屋面板锁边的成型效果,且布置灵活、加工简单、施工方便。
In this paper,a new type of Metal Roof Plate Rib Type Strengthened System is provided.The strength- ened system is made up of stiffeners above the flat web position of the metal roof panels and vertical side lock buckle on the support positions.The stiffening rib is set up in the system on the flat web of metal roof panels to improve the plane stiffness of the system itself and metal roof panels.In the way of curling and biting on the side of the roof panel ,the overall wind resistance carrying capacity of roof panels is enhanced effectively.At the same time,this system strengthens the appearance effect of roof panel,and is flexible in layout,simple in processing and convenient in construction.
