抗凝冰超薄铺装技术在淮安大桥主桥面的铺装应用研究

摘要 结合淮安大桥主桥桥面铺装的实际情况,通过优选抗凝冰材料对抗凝冰U-PAVE10混合料进行组成设计,在此基础上验证其路用性能及对抗凝冰效果进行评价,最后依托项目工程,进一步检测桥面施工效果。结果表明,抗凝冰U-PAVE10混合料动稳定度指标相比SMA-13混合料提高90%以上,在-5℃低温条件下相比普通U-PAVE10混合料具有较好的抗凝冰性能。淮安大桥改造施工完成后,桥面平整度、渗水系数、压实度、构造深度等指标均能满足要求,较改造前具有良好的使用性能。 According to the actual situation of the bridge deck pavement of Huaian bridge,selective preference anticoagulant ice material,which were designed U-PAVE10 mixture,then many examples of testing and verifying the performance of the bridge and the effect of anti-icing are presented. The results show that the dynamic stability index of the anti-icing UPAVE10 mixture is more than 90% compared with the SMA-13 mixture, and after the completion of the reconstruction of Huaian bridge,which have better service performance than before,and the smoothness,seepage coefficient,compactness and structural depth of the bridge deck can meet the requirements.
