隧道施工采用负离子空气净化系统的社会经济效益分析

摘要 为研究负离子空气净化系统给隧道建设带来的经济效益,文章给出两种评价负离子空气净化系统的社会经济效益分析方法——计划工期内缩短工期成本效益比较法和评价期内国民经济效益差额比较法,并用评价期内国民经济效益差额比较法进行实例分析。结果表明:评价期内,隧道施工采用负离子空气净化系统与采用传统通风相比,经济净现值更高,效益费用比更大,投资回收期更短,在社会经济效益方面占有绝对优势。 To study the economic benefits that negative ion air purification system brings to tunnel construction,present two methods for evaluating the social and economic benefits of negative ion air purification system--Cost Benefit Comparison Method of Shortening Construction Period Within Schedule and Balance Comparison Method of National Economy Benefits During the Evaluation Period, and use Balance Comparison Method of National Economy Benefits During the Evaluation Period to analyze the case.The result shows that :in the evaluation period,compared with the traditional ventilation,the tunnel construction adopts negative ion air purification system,which has higher economic net present value,greater benefit and expense ratio,shorter investment recovery period,and absolute superiority in social and economic benefits.
