摘要
幼儿园园长的专业素质和能力高低是提高办园质量的关键。比较两岸幼儿园园长培训制度的异同得出:培训应聚焦园长的管理者身份,强化园长领导力培养;健全园长培训规范体系,完善培训运作机制,才能更好地建设一支园长队伍。
The qualities and abilities of the principal are the key factor to the quality of the kindergarten.The training system has both consistency and difference.Through comparative analysis,this paper concludes that the training should focus on the identity of the administrator and strengthen the leadership training; the training system should be perfected; the training operation mechanism should be strengthened,and a team should be better constructed.
