宝林隧洞TBM施工适宜性评价方法探讨 被引量:2

摘要 宝林隧洞全长13.84 km,是鄂北水资源配置工程下段的控制性工程。由于隧洞穿越中华山森林保护区,其山体雄厚,没有地形条件布置施工支洞,且隧洞直径相对较小,因此无法全线采用钻爆法,所以本隧洞只能在进出口段类别为V类的围岩中采用常规钻爆法,其余段采用TBM方式施工。主要通过对宝林隧洞的地质条件分析,介绍隧洞采用TBM施工的适宜性评价一般方法,同时分析了TBM可能遭遇地质问题,并根据工程设计提出相关措施建议,该评价方法科学合理,也通过近期施工的验证。 Baolin Tunnel is a controlled water conservancy project of water resources allocation in northern Hubei with a length of 13. 84 km. The tunnel passes through Zhonghuashan Forest Reserves and the mountain is abundant,which leads to infeasibility of layout of construction drift in middle of the tunnel. As a result,the authors can only take the method of the conventional drilling and blasting method in section for leaving and arriving with tunnel wall rock classification V,TBM method in the rest. Through the analysis of the geological conditions of Baolin Tunnel,the suitability evaluation method for tunnel construction using TBM is introduced,it analyzes geological problems that TBM may encounter,and puts forward some suggestions on engineering design,it also proves that the evaluation method is scientific and reasonable from recent construction.
