摘要
混凝土在土木工程中用途广泛,是最重要的材料之一。聚焦于机制混凝土,通过定量研究对粉煤灰掺量、砂率、水灰比、养护方法四个因素进行分析,最终得出粉煤灰掺量在10%~20%,水灰比在0.46~0.52之间,砂率为50%~65%,在高温棚中养护24 h后放置入标准养护室中进行水养的机制混凝土性能较好。
Concrete is one of the most important material in civil engineering because of the widely use. Based on mechanism concrete,this paper analyzes four factors which are fly ash mixing amount,sand ratio,water-cement ratio and curing method through quantitative research. Finally,it is concluded that while the content of fly ash is between 10% ~ 20%,water-cement ratio is between 0. 46 ~ 0. 52,sand ratio is between 50% ~ 60%,mechanism concrete is maintained in standard curing room after first 24-hour maintenance in high temperature shed,the performance of mechanism concrete is decent.
