摘要
在城市轨道交通中,轮轨关系的好坏影响着电客车运行安全与舒适度。针对南宁地铁1号线部分列车在正线运行过程中出现异响的情况,测量实验车辆车轮的外径及径向跳动值,对车轮踏面磨耗程度、趋势进行分析。结果表明,列车车轮踏面在磨合期磨耗较为严重,后期磨损趋于稳定,列车行驶在未经打磨的轨道会加重踏面的磨损。在新线投入使用前对钢轨进行打磨能有效改善轮轨关系,延长车轮踏面使用寿命,为指导现场的检修工作与预防性维修提供依据。
In urban rail transit, the wheel-rail interfaces have impact on safety and ride comfort of trains. Focusing on the abnormal sound from the trains in the running operation on the main line of Nanning metro line 1, this paper discusses the measurements on the outer diameter and radial runout values of tested vehicles and analyzes the wheel tread wear and development trend. The results show that the wear of the wheel tread is serious during the initial run-in period, and the wear tends to be stable in the later stage. Trains run on the unground track will worsen the wear of the wheel tread. The grinding of rails effectively improves wheel-rail interface before the new line put into service and extends service life of wheel tread, which provides a basis for guiding onsite maintenance and inspection as well as the preventive maintenance.
