摘要
最近几年兴起的实时直接分析(DART)离子源是一种非表面接触型热解析/环境离子化新技术,是一个具有革命性的质谱离子化技术,满足了实验室对样品高通量分析的要求和现场、直接、无损、快速、原位分析的需求。DART离子源对于检测物质的极性没有特殊要求,无论极性化合物还是非极性化合物在分析时均具有较高的灵敏度。在进行分析时没有加合离子或多电荷离子产生,使得DART-MS产生的质谱图干净,离子信号单纯,易于解析。这些巨大的优点使得DART-MS具有很高的实用性。本文简单介绍了实时直接分析质谱的原理及其在法医毒物分析中的应用。该技术突破了传统质谱分析的局限性,对体外检材和体内检材均能进行分析检验。因此,DART-MS在法庭科学物证检验方面拥有极为广阔的前景。
Direct analysis of real time(DART), a recent new innovation about ambient ionization/noncontact-to-exterior thermal desorption source, is a revolutionary mass spectrometry(MS) ionization technology. Because of the simplicity of this innovation, the forensic laboratory can analyze the sample high throughout, able to meet the requirements on-site, direct, nondestructive, rapid and in-situ. DART ionic source has no special requirements for the polarity of the tested material, making both the polar and non-polar compounds more sensitive in the analysis. DART analysis produces neither adduct nor multiplecharge ions so that the mass spectra of DART-MS are neat, simple of ion signal and easy to parse. These excellent advantages make the DART-MS highly practical. DART-MS is here introduced on its principle together with the applications in forensic toxicological analysis, focusing on the breakthrough to surpass the traditional mass spectrometry with its capability of analyzing the compounds of interest both in vitro and in vivo. Therefore, DART-MS has a very promising prospect in forensic science, especially for the forensic toxicology.
