婴幼儿喘息性疾病血红素加氧酶-1与一氧化碳的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)与一氧化碳(CO)检测在婴幼儿喘息性疾病诊断、治疗中的意义,以提高婴幼儿喘息性疾病诊断准确度。方法选取我院2015年3月-2016年2月期间诊断为喘息性疾病入院治疗的80例婴幼儿患者为观察组,其中无低氧血症患者为观察1组40例,观察2组为急重症40例,同时随机选取同期60例入院健康检查正常者为对照组。对所有研究对象血红素加氧酶-1以及血中碳氧血红蛋白(COHb)进行测定,观察疾病者与正常者HO-1、COHb水平变化情况,同时观察用药后观察1组、观察2组患儿血清HO-1、COHb水平情况。结果对照组与观察2组血红素加氧酶-1与COHb浓度水平变化比较差别无意义,P>0.05,观察1组COHb含量、HO-1水平均高于对照组、观察2组,P<0.05,治疗后观察2组患者HO-1、COHb水平含量明显较治疗前低,P<0.05。结论临床对婴幼儿喘息性疾病诊断、治疗时,可对HO-1、COHb含量进行检测,其能有效反映患者病情严重程度以及治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the significance of detection of heme oxygenase-1( HO-1) and carbon monoxide( CO) in the diagnosis and treatment of wheezing diseases in infants,so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis for wheezing diseases in infants. Methods From March 2015 to February 2016,80 infants with asthmatic disease were taken as the observation group,including 40 cases without hypoxemia as the observation group 1 and 40 acute severe cases as the observation group 2. Another 60 health infants were taken as the control group. Their hemoglobin in blood and heme oxygenase-1 were measured to observe the disease and the normal HO-1,COHb level changes were observed in the two groups after treatment. Results The heme oxygenase-1 and carbon monoxide concentration showed no significant difference between the control group and the observation group 2( P〈0. 05),but they were obviously higher in the observation group 1 than the control group and the observation group 2( P〈0. 05). After treatment,the levels of HO-1 and COHb were significantly lower than before( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The detection of HO-1 and COHb can effectively reflect the severity and treatment effect of infants with wheezing diseases.
