个体化护理模式在产科病房中的应用探讨

目的探讨个体化护理模式在产科病房中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年12月—2016年12月收治的106例住院分娩产妇,随机平均分为2组,对照组产妇采用常规护理,观察组产妇采用个体化护理模式。比较2组的护理效果、对护理工作的满意程度。结果观察组产妇护理总满意度达到98.1%,对照组产妇护理的总满意度仅为71.7%。观察组产妇母乳喂养率为71.7%,健康知识掌握率86.8%;而对照组产妇母乳喂养率仅为50.9%,健康知识掌握率为52.8%。上述差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组护理效果明显优于对照组。结论与常规护理模式相比,在产科病房中实施个体化护理模式,有助于提高产妇及家属的满意程度及护理质量,建议推广。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing model in obstetric ward.
