新生儿红臀患儿的临床护理体会

Experience of clinical nursing in newborn infants with red buttock

目的总结新生儿红臀患儿的临床护理措施及体会。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月—12月诊治的24例新生儿红臀患儿的临床资料,比较患儿护理前后臀部皮肤损伤情况。结果护理前后皮肤损伤分级存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论有效的新生儿红臀护理措施能够修复及改善患儿臀部皮肤破损情况,改善护理结局,可推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing measures and experience in newborn infants with red buttock. Methods Clinic data of 24 cases of newborn infants with red buttock in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, effective nursing measures were given to patients. Hip skin injury condition of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results There were significant differences in skin injury grading before and after nursing, Z=-5.147, P0.01.Conclusion Effective nursing measures on newborn infants with red buttock can repair and improve local hip skin injury condition,improve nursing outcome and is worthy of wide application.
