中西医结合护理路径在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者中的应用研究

Application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing path in patients with transurethral prostatic plasma resection

目的研究中西医结合护理路径在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者中的应用效果。方法按入院顺序将我院泌尿外科2017年1月—12月收治的60例前列腺增生行经尿道等离子电切术患者,随机均分为对照组与观察组,前者采取常规西医护理,后者予以中西医结合护理路径。比较2组患者的护理满意度。结果观察组护理满意率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗患者予以中西医结合护理路径,可提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To observe and study the clinical application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing pathway in patients with transurethral plasma resection of prostate. Methods According to the order of admission, 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral plasma resection from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The former was treated with routine western medicine nursing. The latter was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 73.3%）（ χ2=3.254,P0.05）.Conclusion The nursing path of patients treated by transurethral prostatectomy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing and it is worth popularizing.
