摘要
为了提高动态压井钻井(dynamic kill drilling,DKD)混合器的混合效率和压井液的均匀性,确保动态压井钻井方法的安全实施,提出了一种新型偏心式喷嘴注入结构,并利用数值模拟软件对T型混合器内流场进行模拟,分析喷嘴注入方式对动态压井钻井混合器混合效率的影响。结果表明,偏心喷嘴注入的混合效果优于正对式混合器的混合效果,为动态压井钻井混合器设计提供了一种新思路。
To improve the mixing efficiency of the dynamic kill drilling(DKD)mixer and the uniformity of the killing fluid,ensure the secure implementation of the dynamic kill drilling process,a new type of eccentric nozzle injection structure was proposed in this paper.The flow field in the T type mixer was simulated by numerical simulation software,and the influence of nozzle injection mode on the mixing efficiency of the mixer was analyzed.The results show that the efficiency of the eccentric nozzle injection is better than that of the positive one,and the eccentric distance is optimized,which provides a new idea for the design of the dynamic kill drilling mixer.
