基于非正式创新网络的突发事件因素对国家间智力资本转移的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Impact of Emergency Factors in the Informal Innovation Network on the Intellectual Capital Transfer between Countries

基于传统网络节点属性以及网络结构对智力资本转移的影响,研究非正式创新网络IIN所处环境中突发事件因素变量对高校、企业节点间智力资本转移的影响问题。探讨突发事件因素对IIN节点间智力资本转移的相关模型,利用国际金融危机下一系列突发事件因素进行实证分析,提出实现国际智力资本有效转移的对策建议。

Based on the study about the impact of traditional network node attributes and network structure on the transfer of intellectual capitals,the paper mainly studies the impact of emergency factors in the Informal Innovation Network（ IIN） on the intellectual capital transfer between universities and inter-enterprise nodes. Meanwhile,the article discusses the correlation model of emergency factors having an impact on the transfer of intellectual capital between IIN nodes,and then utilizes a series of emergency factors in international financial crisis to make an empirical analysis,presenting some countermeasures to realize the effective transfer of international intellectual capital.
