渴望公平的爱——一名拔头发自伤的小学生心理辅导

摘要 良好的亲子关系是儿童健康成长的前提,家庭是个体成长的第一所学校,家庭氛围、父母的教养方式对孩子的人格形成起着关键作用,不良的家庭互动容易造成孩子的心理行为偏差。本案例中,心理老师以系统家庭治疗理论为基础,采用个体辅导和家庭辅导相结合的方式,个体辅导中重点运用绘本阅读疗法,帮助一名有拔头发自伤行为的女孩走出困境。
