Eu^(3+)掺杂二氧化钛纳米晶的制备及荧光性质研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用均匀沉淀法制备了不同铕掺杂浓度的二氧化钛纳米晶.XRD结果表明,600℃热处理后的样品均为锐钛矿相,没有其他杂相;TEM照片显示,样品颗粒大小为50~80 nm左右,有一定团聚;PL光谱结果显示,在深紫外光250 nm激发下,样品在612 nm处展示很强的红色发光,该发射峰源于Eu^(3+)的~5D_0→~7F_2跃迁. A series of Eu3+doped titanium dioxide nanocrystals were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method. XRD results show that the crystal structures of all samples are anatase phase after annealed at 600 ℃ and no other peaks for impurities were detected. TEM image indicates that the powder was agglomerated and composed of nanocrystal line particles with diameters in the range 50-80 nm. The as-obtained Eu3+doped titanium dioxid nanocrystals show a strong red emission corresponding to 5 D0→7 F2 transition(612 nm) of Eu3+under ultraviolet excitation(250 nm).
