摘要 重大科研基础设施是区域科技创新网络的重要组成部分,对于建设上海科技创新中心起着积极的推动作用。长三角区域的重大科研基础设施资源较为集聚,从区域创新网络协同治理的理论与实践出发,科学管理重大科研基础设施运行、开放共享,可更好地发挥重大科研基础设施的效用。 The major scientific research infrastructure is an important part of the regional science and technology innovation network and plays an active role in promoting the construction of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center. The major scientific research infrastructure resources in the Yangtze River Delta region are relatively concentrated, we should start from the theory and practice of collaborative governance of regional innovation network, scientifically manage the operation, opening and sharing of major scientific research infrastructure, so that the utility of the major scientific research infrastructure could be better played.
