胃癌术后标本的规范化处理

胃癌是我国最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤。近年来,胃癌的手术根治及围手术期化疗取得了长足进步。术后标本作为评估手术根治及化疗方案选择的客观证据,其处理流程尚未有共识性规范推出。要进一步提高胃癌治疗的水平,胃癌术后标本的规范化处理应当提上日程,这在提倡"精准医疗"的今天应特别引起临床医生的重视。本文将从临床治疗和科研需求两方面探究标本规范化处理过程中应当注意的若干问题。

Gastric cancer（GC） is the most common gastrointestinal malignancies in China. In recent years, radical resection of GC combining with perioperative chemotherapy have made great progresses. Post-surgical specimens were used as objective evidence to evaluate the quality of radical surgery and aduvant chemotherapy. However, there was no consensus for the sample handling procedures. To further improve the quality of GC treatment, the standardized operation protocol of GC specimens should be put on the agenda. Nowadays, the promotion of ＂precise medicine＂ should poticularly attract the attention of clinicians.This article will explore some issues that should be noticed in the process of specimen-handling standardization from the aspects of clinical managment and scientific research.
