摘要
凸轮机构是单张纸胶印机上非常重要的机构。本文对比当前凸轮的测量方法,提出一种基于三坐标测量仪的不限于凸轮种类,不限于凸轮从动件形式的测量方法,对某型号高速给纸机中递纸共轭凸轮中的一个进行测量,并对测量进行误差分析,同时弥补现有方案的技术缺陷,提高了凸轮测量的精度,有利于推动国内高速印刷机研发。
The cam mechanism is a very important part of sheet-fed offset press. This paper compares the measurement methods of current cams, and proposes a measurement method based on CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machining) that is not limited to a type of cam, not limited to a form of a cam follower, Take the feeder cam as the object, measure the cam and analyze the measurement error. This method improves the cam measurement precision, it is easy to operate.
