从赵用贤绝婚案看明末的部阁之争

On the Contradiction between the Officials and the Cabinet from the Case of Zhao Yongxian's Cutting off Marriage

赵用贤绝婚案是发生在万历二十一年九月的一起婚姻案件,事情的双方为时任吏部左侍郎的赵用贤和佥事吴之彦,事情虽小,影响却很大。笔者通过对案件的分析探知事情并非表面那么简单,它的背后反映的是吏部和内阁的矛盾。

The case of Zhao Yongxian＇s cutting off marriage took place in September of the twenty-one year of Wanli. The two sides of the affair were Zhao Yongxian who was in the left service of the official department and Wu Zhiyan. The matter was small, but the influence was great. By analyzing the case, the author holds that it reflected the contradiction between the officials and the cabinet.
