摘要
采用复性电泳技术对离子束诱变的水稻新品种玉稻518及其亲本在灌浆期的POD酶谱动态变化进行了分析,结果表明,稳定遗传的诱变后代与亲本灌浆期叶片的POD酶谱存在显著差异:1)诱变后代检出185、54kD和42kD3条新酶带;2)诱变后代中245、53kD和38kD酶带较亲本表达时期有差异;3)诱变后代灌浆中期、后期POD总酶活较亲本显著增强。
By using the renaturation electrophoresis technology to ion beam induced rice new varieties Yudao 518 and its parents in the filling stage of POD enzyme spectrum dynamic changes were analyzed ,the results showed that the POD zymogram of stable genetic mutant offspring and parent exist significant differences in the filling stage: 1) Three new enzyme bands of 185 kD,42 kD,54 kD were detected in the mutant progeny; 2) The 245 kD,53 kD and 38 kD enzyme bands in mutant offspring were different from the parental expression periods. 3) The POD total enzyme activity of mutant offspring was significantly enhanced in the middle and later stages of grouting compared with that of parents.
