摘要
以西藏浪卡子县的野生垂穗披碱草种子为研究对象,利用NaCl和PEG-6000溶液室内模拟盐胁迫和水分胁迫,探讨牧草种子萌发对水、盐胁迫的响应。结果表明,PEG-6000和NaCl溶液对垂穗披碱草种子萌发具有极显著的影响;0~10%的PEG-6000处理下,种子均能正常萌发,且胚根在5%PEG浓度处理下略高于对照;种子在0~0.4%的NaCl溶液浓度范围内均能正常萌发,且在0.2%的NaCl溶液浓度培养下发芽率高于对照处理。5%的PEG溶液浓度和0.2%NaCl溶液浓度有利于西藏浪卡子野生垂穗披碱草种子发芽。
Tibet Nagarzê County Elymus nutans as research objects,Using NaCl and PEG-6000 solution to indoor simulate salt stress and water stress,discussed the response of forage grass seed germination to water and salt stress.The results showed that PEG-6000 and NaCl solution had a significant different effect on the seed germination of Elymus nutans .Under the treatment of PEG-6000 concentration of 0-10%,the seeds could normally germinate and the radicle was slightly higher than the control group under the treatment of PEG concentration of 5%.The seeds could normally germinate within the concentration range of 0-0.4% NaCl solution and the germination percentage was higher than that of control treatment under 0.2% NaCl solution concentration culture.The concentration of 5% PEG solution and 0.2% NaCl solution were favorable for the germination of wild saprocholine seeds in Nagarzê county,Tibet.
