镉胁迫对尾穗苋种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响 被引量:12

摘要 以尾穗苋(Amaranthus caudatus)种子为材料,采用水培和土培的方法,用不同浓度镉液(10,50,100,200,500mg/L)处理尾穗苋种子,研究镉胁迫对尾穗苋种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:随着镉浓度升高,对根长和苗长的抑制程度逐渐加大,丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化酶(POD)活性、可溶性蛋白含量、发芽率和脯氨酸含量均先升后降,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量和叶绿素含量则呈现出先降后升的趋势,其中不同镉浓度处理后脯氨酸含量和叶绿素含量差异不显著,而苗长极显著。 Amaranthus caudatus is used as material, we treated its seeds in different concentrations of cadmium solution (10,50,100,200,500 mg/L)by the method of hydroponics and soil culture,in order to research the influence of Amaranthus caudatus seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics under cadmium stress.The results showed that with the increase of cadmium concentration,the inhibition degree of root length and seedling length became more and more serious,malondialdehyde (MDA) content,peroxidase (POD) activity and soluble protein content,germination rate and proline content tended to firstly increase then decrease with the increasing Cd 2+ concentration,and superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity and soluble sugar content,starch content and chlorophyll content tended to firstly decrease then increase trend,there was no significant difference in proline content and chlorophyll content after treatment with different cadmium concentrations,but seedling length have significant difference.
