摘要 《烹饪语文》是北京市劲松职业高级中学的杨志华和范春玥主编,由北京理工大学出版社出版的一本充满改革与创新精神的示范精品教材,其"示范性"和"精品性"体现在以下几个方面:它是课程教材重构的应然样本,是烹饪与语文整合的创新结晶,是学做知行合一的课程范式。 "Cooking Chines"is a demonstrative and excellent teaching material with reform and innovative spirit published by Jingsong vocational high school teachers. Its"demonstrative"and"excellent"are embodied in the following aspects: It is the necessary sample of the curriculum textbook reconstruction,the innovative product with the combination of cooking and Chinese,and the curriculum paradigm of learning and doing,knowing and work.
