随着我国经济转型和产业结构调整,人才结构的要求随之上移,大学生就业难与企业亟需高技能人才短缺等问题凸显。文章以"邢台学院机电工程学院"为例,探索地方本科院校向应用技术大学转型、构建现代职业教育体系的有效途径,通过创新办学体制机制,改革人才培养模式,优化社会教育资源配置,合力培养工程技术应用型本科人才,更好服务于区域经济和产业发展。

With China’s economic transformation and the adjustment of industrial structures, the demand for talent structure has increased. The problems also become more and more serious, such as the difficulty of employment for undergraduates and the lacking of talents for enterprises. Based on “Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department of Xingtai University”, this paper explores the effective ways for the transformation of local universities to applied technological universities and the construction of modern vocational education. The applied undergraduate talents of engineering should be trained by innovating school-running mechanism, reforming talents’ training mode, and optimizing social education resources to serve for regional economy and the industrial development better.
