辅导员视角下大学生宿舍文化建设的途径分析

Analysis of College Students' Dormitory Cultural Construction from the Perspective of Instructors

大学生宿舍文化是大学生思想政治教育的重要平台,加强大学生宿舍文化建设,对于引导大学生养成良好生活习惯,对于形成良好学风,对于和谐人际关系,对于形成正确价值取向具有重要作用。笔者结合实践从四个方面分析了大学生宿舍文化建设中存在的问题,并提出了相应的策略,希望为大学生思想政治工作贡献绵薄之力。

The college dormitory culture refers to a series of cultures formed in the special environment of university dormitories, such as the overall layout, rules and regulation, atmosphere, interpersonal relationships in dormitories, health status, and orientation. The college student dormitory culture is an important platform for the ideological and political education of college students. The strengthening of college student dormitory culture construction is important for guiding students to develop good living habits, forming good study habit, harmonizing interpersonal relationships, and forming a correct value orientation. The author analyzes the problems existing in the construction of college student dormitory culture from four aspects, puts forward corresponding strategies and hopes to contribute to the ideological and political work of college students.
