摘要
对采用一种统计方法针对工厂设备状态和建模进行了深入分析,并在实际操作中建立评估专家定义的维修信息制度。以发电厂的关键设备增压风机为例进行失效模式及效果分析(FMEA)。给出了一种基于故障模式的仿真实例,同时也得出了最优预防性维修计划成本曲线的图形显示。
In this paper, a statistical method is used to analyze the equipment state and modeling of the factory, and the maintenance information system which is defined by experts is established in the actual operation. Based on a key equipment booster fan of a power plant, the paper carries out failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA), gives a simulation example based on failure mode, and obtains the graphic display of the optimal preventive maintenance.
