智能冷却系统中的模糊控制策略研究

摘要 发动机智能冷却技术成为节能环保大趋势下的热门研究领域。根据发动机规定的温度特性曲线和散热器出水口实际温度之差及其变化率为输入,制定合理的模糊控制策略,控制电控蜡式节温器、电动风扇和电动水泵在不同工作状态下工作,主动调节发动机工作温度到达某规定值,使冷却液温度与实时的发动机工作温度相匹配,为企业应对在WLTP工况(新的排放测试循环)下如何达到国Ⅵ排放标准提供一种方法。 Intelligent engine cooling technology has become a hot research field under the trend of energy conservation and environmental protection. Taking the difference between the engine temperature characteristic curve and the actual temperature of radiator outlet and its rate of change as input, this paper formulates a reasonable fuzzy control strategy to control electronic wax-type thermostats, electric fans and electric water pumps working under different working conditions, and to actively adjust the engine operating temperature to a certain specified value to match the coolant temperature with the real-time engine operating temperature, so as to provide a method for companies to meet the national VI emission standards under the WLTP conditions (new emission test cycle).
