摘要
当前,现代学徒制和"工匠精神"由于具有重要的现实意义,在我国的教育、文化领域里被大力倡导。但是其发展仍然存在目标、模式等方面的问题。高职院校应着力解决这些问题,并采用更新的教育理念,重视"匠心"教育;完善校企合作机制,构建工匠精神培育平台;加强师资力量建设,重视教师工匠精神的培养等措施的完善。
Nowadays modern apprenticeship and ＂craftsmanship spirit＂ have been advocated in education and culture fields due to their important practical significance. However, there are still problems of target and mode in the development. Higher vocational colleges should focus on solving these problems, update education concept, emphasize ＂craftsmanship spirit＂ education, improve the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, build a platform for craptsmanship spirit cultivation; strengthen the construction of teachers＇ team, and attach importance to the craftsmanship spirit training of teachers.
