工匠精神视域下高职语文教师专业化发展路径

Professional Development Path of Chinese Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Craftsmanship Spirit

"工匠精神"是职业教育"立德树人"的特征和灵魂。高职语文教学可以依托自己的学科优势,实现对"工匠精神"的浸润培育作用。为此,高职语文教师应加强师德建设,身体力行,言传身教;精心选择教学内容,巧妙进行教学设计,灵活选择教学方法,掌握现代化教学手段;加强与同行、专业课教师及企业的交流;不断提高自身的教育技能,从而实现自己的专业化发展。

The spirit of craftsmanship is the characteristic and soul of ＂moral education＂ in vocational education, and higher vocational Chinese teaching can rely on its own subject advantages to realize the permeation and cultivation of craftsmanship spirit. Under the requirements of this situation, the Chinese teachers in higher vocational colleges should strengthen their moral construction, set an example and teach by example; select the teaching content carefully, carry out teaching design skillfully,flexibly choose the teaching methods and master modern teaching means; enhance the communication with colleagues,professional teachers and enterprises; constantly increase educational skills so as to realize their own professional development.
