摘要
职业院校的教学诊断与改进工作成为推动职业教育教学质量提高的重要手段。目前高职教育课堂教学存在诊断、改进与教学评价相混淆,教学诊改内生动力不足,没有形成系统化的教学诊断与改进的体系等问题。为此,高职院校要厘清"课堂教学评价"与"课堂教学诊改"的区别,建立问题导向的诊改思路,构建以教师自我诊改为基础的高职课堂教学诊断与改进体系,确保高职院校教育教学和人才培养质量的不断提高。
The diagnosis and improvement of teaching in higher vocational colleges has become an important method to improve the teaching quality of vocational education. At present, there are some problems in classroom teaching in higher vocational education, such as the confusion of diagnosis, improvement and teaching evaluation, the lack of endogenous motivation for teaching diagnosis and improvement, and the absence of a systematic system of teaching diagnosis and improvement. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should clarify the "classroom teaching evaluation" and "classroom teaching diagnosis and improvement", establish problem-oriented diagnosis and improvement ideas, construct the diagnosis and improvement system based on teacher self-diagnosis and improvement, to ensure the constant improvement of education teaching and talent cultivation quality in higher vocational colleges.
