要有工匠精神,从"匠心"到"匠魂"。然而社会对职业教育认知的误区和对职业教育所从事工作等级的错误评价,导致了从职业院校走出的"工匠们"不受重视,成为了职业院校培养"工匠"的源生阻力。在此将本着宣扬职业教育的重要性、职业教育培养"工匠"的重要作用、职业教育对"工匠精神"传承的不可或缺性等方面进行宣传思想工作的制度创新。

Because of the mistaken area of recognizing vocational education from society and the mistaken evaluation of vocational education, the craftsmen coming from vocational colleges are overlooked and this hinders the training work in vocational colleges. It will innovate the system in idea publicity work from publicizing the importance of vocational education,the important role of vocational education in training craftsmen, and the inheritance of craftsmanship spirit.
